B1. What are the requirements to join the Partner Network?
Partners must meet certain requirements to ensure quality, consistency, and market fit.
Minimum requirements
- Professional operators with 5+ units.
- Located in active Blueground markets.
- Entire spaces - apartments or houses where the guest has exclusive use of their space.
- Fully furnished and move-in-ready.
- Meet Blueground's quality standards regarding design, photo quality, furnishing, and cleanliness.
Holistic evaluation
Blueground evaluates:
- Property quality
- Partner operational capability
- Regulatory compliance
- Market supply/demand
B2. How do I apply to join the Partner Network?
You can submit a request to join by completing Blueground's self-onboarding flow.
What the onboarding form collects
- Company details
- Portfolio location & size
- Integration details
- Contact information
- Operational expectations and guest handling processes
B3. What happens after I complete the onboarding form?
After you submit the onboarding form:
Review process
- Blueground reviews your information
- You may be contacted for clarifications or missing details
- Your listings will be validated for market fit and quality
Go-live
If approved:
- You receive an email notification
- Listings appear in the Partner Portal
- Listings that meet all requirements will be published on the Blueground website
If your info is incomplete, Blueground will reach out before proceeding.
B4. What minimum stay rules apply to my listings?
Market-dependent minimum stays
Minimum stays vary by market. You can check the minimum stay for each market by searching the area of interest on theblueground.com.
- If your minimum stay is longer, Blueground can display your listings.
- If your minimum stay is shorter, Blueground cannot reduce it below the platform's minimum.
Minimum stay rules may change depending on regulations and market strategy.
